7th Annual Easter Egg Hunt

What bounces up and down, wears running shoes, and loves hunting for surprises? The answer…kids who love the Oxford Rotary’s annual Easter Egg Hunt! The Rotary Club met at the Clachan Coffee House to get things ready for those dedicated egg hunters. They filled hundreds of Easter eggs with candy and surprises during their meeting in preparation for their annual Easter Egg Hunt.

The Easter Egg Hunt was held in the Oxford High School gym and cafeteria. Early that morning, Rotary members or “Easter bunny assistants” like Sandy Dain, Kathy Anderson, Sandy Bunny HelpersPhetteplace, Dave Utter and Maria Landau, hid brilliantly colored eggs all over the school. Children in Pre-School thru 4th Grade attended, for FREE! The Egg Hunt began at 11 AM and was over before you could say "here comes peter cotton tail"! Just finding eggs was not the end though; children searched eggs for wonderful prize tickets ( gift certificates to Hoppie’s)!

Parents, be sure to bring little ones to next years Egg Hunt!
